Q12: Scripture Secrets : Personification. Scholars ignore mostly the Scripture Style in their translation, as POETRY. Over 70% of Scripture Style is poetry. What does poetry mean? Picture words....surprise....surprise.... Scripture Style uses a lot of personification.This is common with poetry. Ps 1:3 he is like a tree.. For more on "soul": (2) The Holy Spirit ensures the war over our soul is fair (4) The chi energy around the soul There are two members of the Divine Family in heaven, personified as poetry pictures: The Provider of salvation is personified as "HE who Exists". This is termed by Jews as the "sacred name". If we look at the pictographs inside the sacred name, we see the meanings: "The active Son. The secure Father." Consider the Hebrew word "imrah" Strong's 565. If we look at the pictographs inside "imrah", we see the meanings: "The strong flow of Authority (from the Father) via Jesus the Person. Behold!." The Author adds more identification to the pictographs.. Why? This scripture verse says so: Pr 30:4 Who hath ascended up into heaven, or descended? who hath gathered the wind in his fists? who hath bound the waters in a garment? who hath established all the ends of the earth? what is his name, and what is his son's name, if thou canst tell? 5 Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. 6 Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar. (KJV) Can't see past the fuzzy translation? Pr 30:4 Who hath ascended up into heaven, or descended? who hath gathered the " Holy Spirit wind" in his fists? who hath bound the waters in a garment? who hath established all the ends of the earth? what is his name, and what is his Son's name, if thou know? There are three members within Elohiym, the Divine Family o f GOD, here, the Father, the Holy Spirit and the Son. The Words-personified refer to the Son, the words themselves are principles from the Father. Thus the "imrah" is the words of the Father personified by Jesus, His Son. Consider the Hebrew word "chokmah" Strong's 2451. If we look at the pictographs inside "chokmah", we see the meanings: "Outside the palms flow. Behold the Being!" Whose "palms flow" are these? And whom is the Being? Consider "malak" Strong's 4397. The pictographs read: "The flowing authority strong (on) palms". Here the "flowing palms" refers to a message carried by a messenger. Notice the reverse of pictographs though. Consider these Hebrew words: "kamow" : "The palms flow secure" Le 19:18 Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself (kamow) "like" : I am the LORD. Jeff Benner suggests "kamow" means "like", the way we compare something, hence this translation should be: Le 19:18 Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as like the LORD. (Ancient Hebrew) Isa 26:17 Like as a woman with child, Here the KJV get's the translation right. There is a poetry picture here, missed in the next verse: Isa 26:18 We have been with child, we have been in pain, we have as it were brought forth wind; we have not wrought any deliverance in the earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen. (KJV) Reader can't see past the fuzzy translation? Isa 26:17 Like as a woman pregnant, near the time of being born, and called forth, and crieth out in her cords; so have we been in thy face, O YHWH. 18 We have been pregnant, and called forth, like one born of the spirit; we do not do Yashuah on the earth; none of the inhabitants of the world (are) fallen. (Ancient Hebrew) My translation ability is very poor. It's a tough context. Verse 17 and verse 18 have Hebrew words that repeat, like "born" and "brought forth". Between the verses is " like ", the Hebrew word means "palms flow secure". In verse 18 we have "ruwach" translated as "wind" but it's also the same word for "spirit" and "holy spirit". We also have "yashuwah", a word meaning "salvation" or Jesus. The context seems to be making a comparision with women doing "baby birth", and Jesus and the Holy Spirit doing "salvation second birth". "kamahh", "The palms flow. Behold the Person". Ps 63:1 O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth (kamahh) for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is; The Hebrew word "kamahh" is only used here. It is used in the context of "elohiym", and is a simile of "water". Isa 44:2 Thus saith the LORD that made thee, and formed thee from the womb (beten) "belly", which will help thee; Fear not, O Jacob, my servant; and thou, Jesurun, whom I have chosen. 3 For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring: Here we see poetry pictures of the "belly" when the YHWH formed us, and will help us, and makes a parallel poetry simile... as Jesus blessing empowers us. While the Scripture is not so convincing if you wish to doubt, the poetry pictures show us:- The Hebrew word "chokmah" Strong's 2451: If we look at the pictographs inside "chokmah", we see the meanings: "Outside the palms (of Jesus) flow (through the) Being Behold!, (the Holy Spirit)" Therefore, "wisdom" is the flow of Jesus or the flow of the Father personified by the Holy Spirit as a Divine Being, administrating this flow of wisdom. Thus we have salvation flowing as power into us as: Salvation from the Father personified in Jesus, personified in the Holy Spirit, personified in us. Why is salvation so complex? Nobody can endure the Father's flow of love and survive, because we have been found missing in so many ways. So the Father's power of love is personified in His Son. But the Son is our high priest in heaven, while we as sinners live on earth. How does Jesus as a human priest reach humans personally on earth, like He did to His disciples? The breath of salvation from Jesus is personified by the Holy Spirit, who lives personally in us. So why use poetry? Because GOD is not like matter, uses poetry to make similes of Himself, so we humans understand a little. So how far to we take these poetry pictures? Is the Father really masculine like a human man? Is the Holy Spirit really feminine like a woman? The Scriptures do not say directly because the Divine Family is not of matter. However Elohiym created mankind a little lower than Elohiym (Ps 8:5). And Jesus added humanity to Himself as a member of Elohiym. This amazing gift of salvation alone suggests two possiblities: (1) Jesus is fully human and fully divine, while his heavenly parents are not of matter can choose to look whatever shape they like. The Father chooses to express the function of maleness-love. The Holy Spirit chooses to express the function of femaleness-love. (2) Psalm 131:1 "I do exercise myself in great matters, or in things too high for me". It is not necessary to know all things about the Divine Family in heaven. If you have a look at the poetry picture of "love saving", something that has never before happened in all the universes of time. For the first and only time, we have a Divine poetry picture of "love saving", how many "heads" does the reader see? Scholars who are pious like to depict "elohiym" as three heads of "love saving". They term this concept as "trinity" whatever that term means... No where does Scripture have a Hebrew word "Trinity", although the Divine Family in heaven can be written as three heavenly powers:- Mt 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: (KJV) Certainly the Divine Family has a heavenly Provider and a heavenly Responder, but the Son of Elohiym has special function: "son" Strong's 1121. Pictographs read "The home over the nations". It would be hard to define Jesus functional descriptor correctly, but He is the "heavenly home who would continue this "love saving" over the nations who choose this love. This is the first time "love saving would continue over a fallen nation", and clearly defines Jesus in a special function. He becomes a new head of power. The one who continues the heavenly salvation of love over the fallen nations. Have a look at this verse:- Re 21:22 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it. (KJV) Salvation is spoken of here because of the word "temple", there is no further need of salvation, the fullest expression of "love saving over the fallen nations" is complete. So how many heads of salvation are mentioned here? "Lord God Almighty and the Lamb": four heads. Who are these four Persons named here? Jesus is both Son of GOD and Son of Man, but this describes two heads of power, one head is fully like Elohiym, the other head is like fully human. Jesus also calls other human heads by a special term Col 2:9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: Joh 10:34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? Therefore salvation flows to humanity as four heads of power, and the head of the human head of power is Jesus, but we humans also represent Jesus as a witness of His power of salvation because we support Jesus for eternity. Therefore throughout eternity Elohiym is pictured as four heads, and is the shape of a "salvation square", not the "traditional shape" of a "trinity triangle". Such a theme ends in Revelation, but also is a poetry picture beginning before sin ever entered into the new creation: Ge 2:10 And a river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from thence it was parted, and became into four heads. The Holy Spirit is a simile of a river, a simile of water expressing femaleness-love as a simile of a woman, whatever that pictures means to you. Sadly too many new religions are making a big deal with the Holy Spirit as a "mother" whatever that term means. And this is an extreme swinging from conversative theology to liberal theology. We need to respect Elohiym as a family flow of power, that flows from a single source, referenced as a Provider in masculine terms. It seems you cannot get a spark unless both Provider and Responder come together. In electricity we say we must connect a conductor between the positive side and the negative side of the universal disturbance. Psalm 131:1 "I do exercise myself in great matters, or in things too high for me" is good advice. Keep things simple, but not simpler, is a famous saying of Einstein. |
