Are you kidding ? Use Jesus power for self gain , or self glory ?
Mt 6:24 No man can serve two masters:
for either he will hate the one, and love the other;
or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other.
Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
God's power cannot be used as ye will, for self glory, self exaltation,
or selfish purposes. Money is a symbol of "self powered" people using
power for their own "home secure authority", Baal religion.
Please study money . . or mammon and see the reference to Baal religion.
(There's the story of the rich young man with his love of Mammon)
So you have to reason with yourself. Are you in charge of your life ?
Or are you going to let Jesus in charge of your life, every second
of the day ? Not a few minutes at the beginning of the day in prayer,
than forget Him. No. Every second of the day, listening to the still
small voice of Jesus via the agency of communication called
the Holy Spirit ?
