Q3: What is the Story of the rich young man ? Mr 10:17 � Jesus went on His way, ..Jesus looks to save.. there came one running, ..a person willing.. and kneeled to him, ..humble..Saviour principle and asked him, ..prays..Power principle Good Master, ..prayer of pride.. what shall I do that I may ..what work?.. inherit eternal life? ..to earn salvation?.. The young man was willing for a Saviour, and He was humble to ask prayerfully. However he asked for a "self-power" work that he might do to earn salvation. He was confused. He thought God granted power for us to live a "holy life" in our own strength. May we see the futility of doing for Jesus with "self-powered" living. Shalom Works theme
