(17) Job 11:7 Canst thou by searching find out God (elowahh) ? canst thou find out the Almighty unto perfection ?
Canst thou by searching find out the Father ? canst thou find the SHADDAY unto perfection?
The common use of this poetry parallel is to equate the Father = the Shadday.
There is much destruction of Bible pictures if we equate two pictures of something as two ways of saying the same exact thing. This is especially true if we use poetry parallels for Godhead functional descriptors. So than the Father is the "pressed to the breast with active hands" as well as the "strong one in the Family home of heaven". This implies that the Father is expressing both maleness love and femaleness love. Some theories of faith say GOD does express both maleness love and femaleness love, and they are right, for there are many texts that reference GOD as a mother and as a father towards those saved.
Isa 66:13 As one whom his mother comforteth, so will I comfort you; and ye shall be comforted in Jerusalem.
However, my own theory of faith, sees GOD as three personal members within the Godhead, thus we have the Father expressing 'maleness love' as a unique personality, the Shadday expressing 'femaleness love' as a unique personality, and Son of GOD (Jesus) who is a literal Son in human understanding before incarnation on earth, as a unique personality expressing 'maleness love, with childlike humility and meekness'. This makes the Hebrew word "elohiym" (Greek theos) mean "the Family Powers of GOD" a plural of three members of GOD, while also being a singular term, ONE FAMILY.
Hence in this poetry parallel we have the Father and the Shadday, both similes of functional powers of one another. Or two parents. Is there any Scripture in the NT showing the Shadday and the Father as two parents ? Yes (the Shadday also expresses duality as the Holy Spirit)..
Lu 1:32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord (Yahweh) God (the FAMILY Powers of GOD) shall give unto him the throne of his father David:
Lu 1:35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God (the FAMILY Powers of GOD).
The Greek word "gennao" or Hebrew "yalad" always uses gender male and gender female for "born" as a process. We see both the Father and the Shadday coming over Mary to "born" their SON Jesus in a miracle incarnation.
NOTE: The Bible does not express any member of GOD, Father Son or Holy Spirit (shadday) in gender terms. However there is some evidence of love expressed in personality terms following gender like divisions. Thus one theory of faith is in heaven we shall retain our gender expressions of personality, while losing our gender functions of procreation. Thus there will be some persons expressing femaleness love and other expressing maleness love. See studies of love, maleness love or femaleness love.

Hast thou heard the secret of the Father ? and dost
