Q:6. Show Ancient Hebrew pictographs: Heart The Scriptures says alot about our heart. The heart is a simile of the mind, and a simile of our emotions.
Notice what happens if we swap the letters around, we get the opposite in meaning. Here we see the TWO words about Christianity, that are very powerful; and the kind way GOD describes them both. So let's place the Ancient Hebrew pictographs in these words:-
How easy it is to see Ancient Hebrew pictures describing God's religion.
And the kind way God describes the opposing religions that mean nothing to GOD.
See studies on heart if you want to read all verses about this word.
See studies on BAAL if you want to read all verses about this word.
Mt 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
See studies on MAMMON if you want to read all verses about this word.
So what drives our heart is power, there are two sources of power, GOD or money. It is not money that causes Baal religion, but the "love for money" that empowers this.
We need to have Jesus in our home, of our heart. Not our own home authority, but Jesus in our home.
The choice is ours to make. And Ancient Hebrew pictures make this really simple to see.
On the next web page we look at more Ancient Hebrew word pictures.
