The Holy Spirit is seen as a literal representation of wheels within wheels..

Notice the Holy Spirit is given permission to enter into people as a breath of salvation, even though the Holy Spirit is living already in all of us as a breath of life, empowering us with living whether we choose good or bad.
(276) Eze 3:12 Then the spirit (ruwach) took me up , and I heard behind me a voice of a great rushing , saying, Blessed be the glory of the LORD from his place .

Notice the Holy Spirit is involved in visions and transport of humans in vision, even into heaven..
