The Holy Spirit administrates the MEDIUM for dreams to come from GOD into mankind
(286) Eze 11:19 And I will give them one heart , and I will put a new spirit (ruwach) within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh , and will give them an heart of flesh :
And I will give them one heart , and I will put a new wind-character (administrated by the Holy Spirit) within you
Notice this new wind-character is a renewed spirit, not a brand new spirit, the Hebrew word "chadesh" is the idea of a renewed new moon, not a brand new moon each moon. Many religious faiths say the New Testament ushered in a brand new salvation system, but you can see from the Old Testament here, the salvation system promised is a renewed system already obtainable in Ezekiel's time.
(287) Eze 11:24 Afterwards the spirit (ruwach) took me up , and brought me in a vision by the Spirit (ruwach) of God into Chaldea , to them of the captivity . So the vision that I had seen went up from me.

This is a remarkable statement. You can be a religious priest following your own holy character,and the Holy Spirit will empower you so called holiness and character development in your own eyes, and still you have seen NOTHING of GOD. You are lost, just as wicked as the most vile sinner.

(290) Eze 13:11 Say unto them which daub it with untempered morter, that it shall fall : there shall be an overflowing shower ; and ye , O great hailstones , shall fall ; and a stormy wind (ruwach) shall rend it.
