Q4: The Fourth principle of SELF INDULGENCE : Trust your feelings ! The "self indulgent" person generally lives by their feelings and emotions. The Bible speaks tenderly of the heart and our feelings. "lab" Strong's 1077. Pr 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. The Bible opposite of the heart is the Hebrew word Bal. "bal" Strong's 3820. Many of us follow our own self empowered feelings. Trusting our own feelings using human wisdom, is not wise. The religion of "human-feelings", is a heart effort that flows to nothing. This religion is called Baal and comes marketed by Satan in many forms... Place our heart feelings in Jesus. Do not allow human feelings to guide us. Give your heart feelings to Jesus, and experience real joy ! Shalom Self theme
