In our society, we shame the dead drunk, but praise the sober drinker..
we shame the serial rapist, but praise those who sow wild seeds..
we shame the serial killer, but praise the sportsman hunter for game..
we shame the speeding hoon, but praise the road rage..
we shame the violent husband, but praise the "social norm" in our home..
we shame the illegal drug fool, but praise the socially accepted drugs..
we shame the rapist, but praise perhaps the date rape...
we shame the gate crasher, but praise the party idiot
we shame the rock spider, but praise the man who pays for his sexual abuse
we shame the naked, but praise those who flirt and fling
we shame the uneducated ones, but praise the uneducated ones with jobs
we shame dole bludger, but praise the employed who are unproductive
What is this social religion as shown above ? First it is a mixture of
good and bad, a mixture of social morals and social immorals. This is
a religion called Baal. Baal was a mixture of good and evil. God
respects those with morals of good but He see the human powers of
effort, that as God see such effort is a flow of effort for nothing. It's a
nice thing to have good morals but it can't save you. Nice but
without divine power.
Social good morals come from human power.
It's all the rage today, self-powered morals to be good.
God says you cannot serve two masters. God says you cannot
be lukewarm, loving God and Satan.
Re 3:15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot:
I would thou wert cold or hot.
16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot,
I will spue thee out of my mouth.
17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods,
and have need of nothing;
and knowest not that thou art wretched,
and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
So how does this MAMMON god come about ?
Through "self" and "self indulgence". You are a strong authority.
You are master of your life. You are rich and in need of nothing.
You are the home authority of your soul. But you are a fool.
Poor, naked and blind. You are deceived by Satan. Your good works
are Bal, a heart effort of human power that flows to nothing.
