Q8: What different frames of reference in Hebrew ?
Hebrew words have broad meanings. Hebrew was God's original language for man, and each word is a principle rather than detailed specifics. So there are different frames of reference to a meaning depending on how you see the word, from God's view point, or man's view point, or Satan's viewpoint. A good example of this is "aniy" which from a human viewpoint means to be "afflicted" or "poor". From God's viewpoint the word means to be "humble". Jesus' eye watches his generations with active hands. Because we lose sight of God, humans tend to make human meanings from words, especially when Satan comes to make havoc of God's methods of salvation. Hence humble people are often poor and afflicted in Satan's world. May God bless our renewed thinking. Shalom
