| (281) Zec 4:5 Then the angel that talked with me answered and said unto me, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said , No, my lord (adown) .

.. No, my lord (adown) ..

   (282) Zec 4:13 And he answered me and said , Knowest thou not what these be? And I said , No, my lord (adown) .

And I said , No, my lord (adown)

   (283) Zec 4:14 Then said he, These are the two anointed ones , that stand by the Lord (adown) of the whole earth .

by the Lord (adown) of the whole..

Here the word 'adown' refers to Jesus, the high priest as Zechariah sees in vision as "my Lord".

   (284) Zec 6:4 Then I answered and said unto the angel that talked with me, What are these, my lord (adown) ?

  .. my lord (adown) ?

   (285) Zec 6:5 And the angel answered and said unto me, These are the four spirits of the heavens , which go forth from standing before the Lord (adown) of all the earth .

.. before the Lord (adown) of all ..

Again the word "adown" refers here to "Lord Jesus"...the high priest over all the earth.

   (286) Mal 1:6 ¶ A son honoureth his father , and a servant his master (adown) : if then I be a father , where is mine honour ? and if I be a master (adown) , where is my fear ? saith the LORD of hosts unto you, O priests , that despise my name . And ye say , Wherein have we despised thy name ?

A son honoureth his father , and a servant his Lord (adown) ..

A reference to "Lord Jesus"... the YHWH of hosts may reference Lord Jesus, the high priest.

   (287) Mal 3:1 ¶ Behold, I will send my messenger , and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord (adown) , whom ye seek , shall suddenly come to his temple , even the messenger of the covenant , whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come , saith the LORD of hosts .

.. prepare the way before me: and the Lord (adown) ..

The Hebrew word 'adown' refers to 'Lord Jesus' and the messenger might be John the Baptist?
