A reference to the sharp edges of flint rock used to make spears or swords of sharpness...
(53) Ps 92:15 To shew that the LORD is upright : he is my rock (tsuwr) , and there is no unrighteousness in him.

This poetry stanza could be read as the Father helps us to fight in war...or a symbol to help us fight our enemies in a war...our real enemies are those in our mind, the powers of spiritual darkeness against Satan and His angels.
(59) Pr 30:19 The way of an eagle in the air ; the way of a serpent upon a rock (tsuwr) ; the way of a ship in the midst of the sea ; and the way of a man with a maid .

A common use of the bedrock with a snake upon it.
How this is a poetry picture the Father and Satan, I do not know, neither does the writer of this Proverb.
