Ancient Hebrew reads "The Strong Authority Secure Behold! the Being flows".
The word "Elohim" is the plural concept of Eloah, the Father in heaven, and means the power of the Father flows. The Word "Elohim" means "The Heavenly Family powers of GOD" which conveys a singular-plural term. For proof the word means "the FAMILY powers of GOD" click here.
{Ev 307.2} They are baptized in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Thus they are united with the three great powers of heaven.

Discussion: The selected passages reads very well Elohim as a flow of power from the Father to other Strong Authorities within the heavenly Family. The words "three great heavenly powers" is a perfect match.
