Since the RUWACH is a special wind, which is a MEDIUM, a medium cannot speak of itself, but is a channel or agency for the flow of another Being through the medium, is confirmed here in this parallel. The Father speaks through the Medium of the Holy Spirit. In other contexts, the Son Jesus speaks through the medium of the Holy Spirit.
