Some faiths suggest the Holy Spirit makes them speak in tongues other than human languages, this is: the language of heaven. Firstly the language given to Adam from heaven, was in all probability, Hebrew; a language that follows rules of language. The kind babbling in some churches, does not follow rules of known or unknown languages, is more along the lines of Satanic creation, than the creative acts of Holy Spirit. God is a God of order and function, and the language of heaven assuming this to be so, should have function and grammar qualities to it, but listening and analysing Glossolalia is more like random babbling of choas than it is of a superior language... And if this were so, by ye fruits ye shall know them;... The fruits of the Holy Spirit are known for us to test the spirits and see what spiritual character development is truly within us. The Bible says the tongues were recognized as real languages of other cultures. (450) Ac 2:17 And it shall come to pass in the last days , saith God , I will pour out of my Spirit (ruwach) upon all flesh : and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy , and your young men shall see visions , and your old men shall dream dreams : .. in the last days , saith God , I will pour out of my Spirit-character (administrated by the Holy Spirit) upon all An amazing statement, in the last days we shall receive another latter rain of the Holy Spirit, to finish the gospel work and bring salvation to an end. |
