| (431) Joh 3:8 The wind (ruwach) bloweth where it listeth , and thou hearest the sound thereof , but canst not tell whence it cometh , and whither it goeth : so is every one that is born of the Spirit (ruwach) .
The wind (administrated by the Holy Spirit) bloweth
Jesus is saying here the Holy Spirit acts as a MEDIUM. Wind is the kinetic energy of movement using media (air) within material space (medium). This movement cannot be seen, but can be felt. Such is the Medium flow of powers from GOD administrated by the Holy Spirit.
The Medium is usually seen in Science experiments as passive. Look at these studies and you will see passive mediums. But in this diagram, relationships are never passive, and the medium affect is really dynamic and requires a living intelligence. This picture is really a snapshot in time and space..
The Holy Spirit is a simile of these functions but much more in reality. The Holy Spirit is a personal Being, able to make an active Medium. Active mediums are difficult to experience in Science. Imagine the medium of phone communciation, and a media called copper wire. The electrical messages pass up and down the medium, while the medium is passive only. Now imagine a human operator between the copper wire messages, an intellegent Being able to interrupt the messages in each wire at any time and direct them to real proper strong authorities willing to help in these messages.
Even at airports detection of dangerous objects, is the work of neural network programs which passively allow the medium detection of objects, but it is the presence of the human Being who really is the strong authority over which objects can pass by safely. The Holy Spirit is an active intelligent Medium, and not some passive force from the Father or the Son, but an active co-eternal Being able to empathize and help the sinner in their sinning while living in darkness. The Father and the Son cannot do this for in doing so actively, they would destroy the sinner. Jesus once walked among sinners, but His glory was encapsulated within humanity and for the most part was kept within Him. He looked like ordinary human Jews to the external eye, most of the time. The only way to actively save sinners in darkness while they do sinning, is to have an active Medium; called the Holy Spirit. Notice the Holy Spirit actively uses "borrowed powers" from the Father or Son to work with sinners in darkness, not its own inherent powers, otherwise even the Shadday would destroy sinners as well, the Holy Spirit is a medium property of the Shadday. This allows the energy flow of the Father or the Son to flow into the Medium and be administrated by the Shadday without destroying the sinner living in darkness. Thus the work of the Holy Spirit is a mystery that works and has a wonderful place in sustaining our world of dysfunction without destroying it.
(432) Joh 3:34 For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God : for God giveth not the Spirit (ruwach) by measure unto him.

(433) Joh 4:23 But the hour cometh , and now is , when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit (ruwach) and in truth : for the Father seeketh such to worship him .

The revelation of the Father and the Son comes to us via the communciation medium of the Holy Spirit.
(434) Joh 4:24 God is a Spirit (ruwach) : and they that worship him must worship him in spirit (ruwach) and in truth .

This is a profound statement and could be taken in several ways if this was the only context we had.
The word "is" is supplied and not part of the Hebrew. Since the Father comes to us in the Holy Spirit, this makes the Holy Spirit a communication medium.
(435) Joh 6:63 It is the spirit (ruwach) that quickeneth ; the flesh profiteth nothing : the words that I speak unto you , they are spirit (ruwach) , and they are life .

The Hebrew concept of quickening is "chayah" the "breath of salvation" the "ongoing breath of living" something that is empowered by the Father or Son through the Holy Spirit as the "breath of salvation".
(436) Joh 7:39 this spake he of the Spirit (ruwach) , which they that believe on him should receive : for the Holy Ghost (ruwach) was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified .)

The Holy Spirit as a medium has existed since the world was created, but not all powers could flow through it since Jesus was not fully glorified as the Power for salvation for Sinners. Since the cross and the death required for sin-offering, Jesus could truly emnpower the breath of salvation in sinners. This is a more powerful flow of the quickening power of the Holy Spirit.
(437) Joh 11:33 When Jesus therefore saw her weeping , and the Jews also weeping which came with her , he groaned in the spirit (ruwach) , and was troubled ,

The Holy Spirit empowers emotions in humans..
(438) Joh 13:21 When Jesus had thus said , he was troubled in spirit (ruwach) , and testified , and said , Verily , verily , I say unto you , that one of you shall betray me .
