Notice death is the end of when the Holy Spirit administrates the life force within you, and at that very moment your thinking perishes...(the only immortal thing living and alive within you is the HOLY SPIRIT)

Notice not ordinary wind, but the powers of the Holy Spirit attends to the seasons of rain and snow...

Mankind thinks all the weather patterns of earth come and go by natural forces of nature, and while this may be so, the Bible suggests much of the forces of Mother Nature are controlled and administrated by the Holy Spirit..This suggests in a world of chaos and evil filled with dysfunction, if the Holy Spirit's presence was removed, the rains would not come, the winds would be violent and chaos would rein upon the earth, much worse than we experience now..
(167) Pr 1:23 Turn you at my reproof : behold, I will pour out my spirit (ruwach) unto you, I will make known my words unto you.

Our character development is a gift empowered by GOD through the MEDIUM of the Holy Spirit...

Those who have the Holy Spirit empowering their character do not gossip and reveal secrets to others..

A man's character is of his own architect. You reap what you choose to sow. The Holy Spirit is a MEDIUM to ensure your wishes are carried out in a world of good and evil , that the playing field is level and fair to all forces of darkness...Satan cannot force you to sinning unless you choose to obey His temptations..
(170) Pr 14:29 He that is slow to wrath is of great understanding : but he that is hasty of spirit (ruwach) exalteth folly .
.. but he that is hasty of wind-character (administrated by the Holy Spirit) exalteth
Mankind cannot fathom the emotional component in our minds, it is irrational and non-logical. I tend to believe our emotions come from the Holy Spirit as an external input that colours our personality and develops our character. But your free will chooses how you respond to the empowerment gift, and where you want to run with your feelings. Feelings are a good part to character but they are colours only. It is best to develop thoughts rather than feelings. Thoughts can be reasoned with, and make for a stable decision, while feelings and emotions are just the results of thoughts being coloured. This is just a theory of faith about emotions and where and how they are developed.
