How you treat the Holy Spirit determines the quality of your character development, and this has nothing to do whether your saved by GOD or not...The Holy Spirit works with all in the darkness, even those lost, helping them come to GOD if they choose, unless of course in their trampling of the Holy Spirit, that they refuse divine help and thus sadly none is given....

The Holy Spirit empowers many of the cycles in Nature, the winds, the rains and the waves on the sea.

How much administration of the quantum flow of power is controlled by the medium of the Holy Spirit, is amazing....The Holy Spirit is a channel for rain, lightning, fire, air, water and even salvation from GOD to humans living in darkness.
(158) Ps 135:17 They have ears , but they hear not; neither is there any breath (ruwach) in their mouths .

Sadly many people drift along thinking the conscience that talks to them is just a co-incidence, rather than the Holy Spirit, or some Karma Force of Spirits, not some messenger from GOD.
(159) Ps 139:7 Whither shall I go from thy spirit (ruwach) ? or whither shall I flee from thy presence ?
Whither shall I go from thy wind-character (administrated by the Holy Spirit)?
There are three winds that speak to us in our conscience :-
(1) Our Self-Talk can speak of ourselves. Self is our biggest enemy to ourselves, so we make ourselves into gods of self esteem, or gods of worthless drift wood, rather than as GOD sees our soul, as treasures bought at infinite cost.
(2) Our Satan-Talk can speak to us at any time often as temptations to lead us into more evil and sinning. This is a relentless deary voice, that picks on our weakest moments and our pet sinning habits time and time again. We really need the armour of GOD and the WORDS of Scripture to claim Seed promises so we can defeat this enemy in Jesus Name.
(3) Our Spirit-Talk can speak as easily to us as our "self talk" can. The voice of Jesus and the voice of the Holy Spirit is as easily spoken as the voice of Self. How do we know the difference between the two? By their fruits ye shall know them. The Holy Spirit speaks truth with love and is unselfish. Our Self-Talk is self serving, selfish and proud.
By seeking the MEDIUM of the the Holy Spirit we become channels for the voice of GOD to flow through us, as long as we remain humble meek and mild in our use of Jesus power flowing through us.
(160) Ps 142:3 When my spirit (ruwach) was overwhelmed within me, then thou knewest my path . In the way wherein I walked have they privily laid a snare for me.
