Q3: What is the human work of salvation ?

  • Isa 55:1 Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.
  • 2 Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread? and your labour for that which satisfieth not? hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness.
  • 3 Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live;

    To receive the gift of salvation from Jesus you need only to work on taking it. It's free. The wonderful gospel news comes with infinite cost to GOD, but it's free to you.

    Does taking something free easy for a hard headed self exalted person full of pride to do ? No, its the hardest step of them all, the WILL must be willing to receive the SEED and allow it to grow and do its thing inside your life, changing your character in time. This work is required by you daily,and is the hardest thing for a man or woman to do, for it requires you to admit you cannot empower good deeds by your own self power, and that you need a Saviour; thus you have to acknowledge you are weaker, and in need of a power stronger outside of yourself.
