Noah was a straight-path man

( 1 ) Ge 6:9 These are the generations of Noah : Noah was a just "tsaddiyq" man and perfect in his generations , and Noah walked with God . {perfect: or, upright}

.. of Noah.. Noah was a straight-path man .. Notice the first use of this word in Genesis is Noah, a man who walked the correct path throughout his life's journey over the horizon of time and space.

( 2 ) Ge 7:1 And the LORD said unto Noah , Come thou and all thy house into the ark ; for thee have I seen righteous "tsaddiyq" before me in this generation .

.. for thee have I seen straight-path walking of this nation ..

( 3 ) Ge 18:23 And Abraham drew near , and said , Wilt thou also destroy the righteous "tsaddiyq" with the wicked ?

.. Wilt thou also destroy the straight-path walkers along with the wicked .. Let's do a contrast check onthe word for wicked here, to see if our Ancient Hebrew makes sense. "wicked" "Strongs 7563,7564" The pictograph reads "The head of man pressed by his eye". I was a little expecting something with the "Y" letter, the travelling path letter, used for hunting and wandering. But to contrast the righteous, those who travel the correct path, are the wicked those who travel the incorrect path. The Ancient Hebrew is a little more detailed with the idea "the head of man is pressed by his eye of lust". This is the word used here in Gen 18:23.

This word, "awl" "Strongs 4836" This word means the "head travels the along the path of the eye" is close to the idea of righteous travelling and means the eye moving along a path of leather for needle work, as in making an "awl".

( 4 ) Ge 18:24 Peradventure there be fifty righteous "tsaddiyq" within the city : wilt thou also destroy and not spare the place for the fifty righteous "tsaddiyq" that are therein ?

.. .. there be fifty straight-path ..the fifty straight-path ..

( 5 ) Ge 18:25 That be far from thee to do after this manner , to slay the righteous "tsaddiyq" with the wicked : and that the righteous "tsaddiyq" should be as the wicked , that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right ?

.. .. manner to slay the straight-path ..with the wicked and that the straight-path ..

( 6 ) Ge 18:26 And the LORD said , If I find in Sodom fifty righteous "tsaddiyq" within the city , then I will spare all the place for their sakes.

.. Sodom fifty straight-path ..

( 7 ) Ge 18:28 Peradventure there shall lack five of the fifty righteous "tsaddiyq": wilt thou destroy all the city for lack of five ? And he said , If I find there forty and five , I will not destroy it.

.. of the fifty straight-path ..

( 8 ) Ge 20:4 But Abimelech had not come near her: and he said , Lord , wilt thou slay also a righteous "tsaddiyq" nation ?

.. wilt thou slay also a straight-path ..

( 9 ) Ex 9:27 And Pharaoh sent , and called for Moses and Aaron , and said unto them, I have sinned this time : the LORD is righteous "tsaddiyq", and I and my people are wicked .

.. time the LORD is straight-path ..

( 10 ) Ex 23:7 Keep thee far from a false matter ; and the innocent and righteous "tsaddiyq" slay thou not: for I will not justify the wicked .

.. and the innocent and straight-path ..
