Here is shown another interesting aspect of the sin-offering....Another person
can pray and confess the sin-offering for other people's sin-offering. Notice
the process of offering a sin-offering even in Old Testament times was not
just sacrificing the animal that was a sin-bearer for the sins packaged into the
sin-offering, but Daniel introduces the concept of praying and confessing
ones sin-offering to GOD. Daniel even prays and confesses the sin-offerings
of other people too.
( 257 ) Da 9:24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city , to finish the transgression , and to make an end of sins "chatta'ah", and to make reconciliation for iniquity , and to bring in everlasting righteousness , and to seal up the vision and prophecy , and to anoint the most Holy .

Notice Jesus comes to make an end of the Old Testament method of processing
the sin-offering. Notice what changes the prophecy talks about....
( 258 ) Ho 4:8 They eat up the sin "chatta'ah" of my people , and they set their heart on their iniquity .

( 259 ) Ho 8:13 They sacrifice flesh for the sacrifices of mine offerings , and eat it; but the LORD accepteth them not; now will he remember their iniquity , and visit their sins "chatta'ah": they shall return to Egypt .

( 260 ) Ho 9:9 They have deeply corrupted themselves, as in the days of Gibeah : therefore he will remember their iniquity , he will visit their sins "chatta'ah".
