( 69 ) Le 16:21 And Aaron shall lay both his hands upon the head of the live goat , and confess over him all the iniquities of the children of Israel , and all their transgressions in all their sins "chatta'ah", putting them upon the head of the goat , and shall send him away by the hand of a fit man into the wilderness :

Note the sin-offering during the Day of Atonement, takes on TWO stages.
One : The sin-offering stage is a PERSON, (Jesus) who takes the sins upon
himself. The other sin-offering stage is another person, Satan, who takes
the guilt sins of the sinner. The difference in the sin-offering stages must
be to place each part of the sinning process unto the person's who
caused the sinning originally. To a believer in Jesus, much sinning occurs
from Satan who makes temptation. While no believer is tempted beyond
what they can handle, often believers sin because they love sinning, or are
beguiled into sinning, or live with other people who practice the
love of the world.
( 70 ) Le 16:25 And the fat of the sin offering "chatta'ah" shall he burn upon the altar .
