( 11 ) De 19:15 One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity , or for any sin , in any sin "chata'" that he sinneth "chata'": at the mouth of two witnesses , or at the mouth of three witnesses , shall the matter be established .
.. .. or for any sin in any sin .. in any sin that he sin ..
Sinning actions could only be established on the basis of two or three
witnesses not on the basis of one witness.
Thus if your sinning action is private, totally internal, or some imagination
sinning, can witnesses see it as a sin ? Humans maybe not. But the Holy Spirit
lives inside of you, and me, and there's also you who imagined the sinning
action as well. How many witness do we have of direct witnessing ? Two.
Bingo ! So even private sinning can be condemned by GOD.
If your sinning is external, with say one other person, than we have three
witnesses to the sinning act you did. At least three. Notice sinning is
always defined in terms of relationships.
( 12 ) De 21:22 And if a man have committed a sin "chata'" worthy of death , and he be to be put to death , and thou hang him on a tree :
.. De 21:22 And if a man have committed a sin ..
Much of Scripture was written for Jesus' entry to earth, to bear light
to His words. Here is Jesus dieing for sinning acts on a tree.
The Hebrew word here can mean a stake, cross or some shape like a tree.
Jesus dies this way yet He personally never did any sinning.
( 13 ) De 22:26 But unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing ; there is in the damsel no sin "chata'" worthy of death : for as when a man riseth against his neighbour , and slayeth him, even so is this matter :
.. there is in the damsel no sin ..
( 14 ) De 23:21 When thou shalt vow a vow unto the LORD thy God , thou shalt not slack to pay it: for the LORD thy God will surely require it of thee; and it would be sin "chata'" in thee.
.. it of thee; and it would be sin ..
It is OK to make vows and promises, but you must keep them.
And fulfil them quickly. A person's word should be as good
as his character.
( 15 ) De 23:22 But if thou shalt forbear to vow , it shall be no sin "chata'" in thee.
.. to vow it shall be no sin ..
( 16 ) De 24:15 At his day thou shalt give him his hire , neither shall the sun go down upon it; for he is poor , and setteth his heart upon it: lest he cry against thee unto the LORD , and it be sin "chata'" unto thee. {setteth...: Heb. lifteth his soul unto it}
.. thee unto the LORD and it be sin ..
It is a sinning act to withold the wages of a hired person,
after the setting of the sun because he depends upon his
money for bread for his family. How often do Governments
withhold our wages and salaries to gain a little interest
from such collective handlings.
( 17 ) De 24:16 The fathers shall not be put to death for the children , neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers : every man shall be put to death for his own sin "chata'".
.. be put to death for his own sin ..
Each person's sinning causes his own destruction and death.
Not the sinning of his father. Not the sinning of his sons.
Each is to be responsible for his or her own sinning.
Well how do we die because of Adam's sinning than ?
We are not dieing because of Adam's sinning, but for our
own sinning. Adam's sinning brought something else
unto all generations inherited through him, and it wasn't
original sinning. It was something else. Condemnation.
Ro 5:16 And not as it was by one that sinned, (Adam)
so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, ..
Condemnation is used only 3 times in the Greek,
and is a judgement word. Used in courts. The court room
of GOD. Planet earth change to a different prince or ruler.
Guess who became prince of the earth, when Adam sinned ?
Adam was a prince of earth before He sinned but not after.
Satan became the prince of the earth. Hence condemnation.
Joh 12:31 Now is the judgment of this world:
now shall the prince of this world be cast out.
( 18 ) 2Ki 10:29 Howbeit from the sins "chata'" of Jeroboam the son of Nebat , who made Israel to sin "chata'", Jehu departed not from after them, to wit, the golden calves that were in Bethel , and that were in Dan .
.. .. sin ..Nebat who made Israel to sin ..
( 19 ) 2Ki 14:6 But the children of the murderers he slew not: according unto that which is written in the book of the law of Moses , wherein the LORD commanded , saying , The fathers shall not be put to death for the children , nor the children be put to death for the fathers ; but every man shall be put to death for his own sin "chata'".
.. be put to death for his own sin ..
( 20 ) 2Ch 25:4 But he slew not their children , but did as it is written in the law in the book of Moses , where the LORD commanded , saying , The fathers shall not die for the children , neither shall the children die for the fathers , but every man shall die for his own sin "chata'".
.. man shall die for his own sin ..
