Rebuke is a simile of instruction
( 21 ) Job 19:5 If indeed ye will magnify yourselves against me, and plead "yakach" against me my reproach :

A parallel in Bible poetry show one idea expressed two different ways.
In English we call them a simile. Thus "yakach" is a similar concept to
"yiccowr". They are similes.
So a rebuke can also be similar to an instruction.
