Many are blind...
( 421 ) Isa 59:10 We grope for the wall like the blind , and we grope as if we had no eyes "`ayin": we stumble at noonday as in the night ; we are in desolate places as dead men.

Many people that see are blind...they do not perceive the blessings they already have.
( 422 ) Isa 59:15 Yea, truth faileth ; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey : and the LORD saw it, and it displeased "`ayin" him that there was no judgment . {maketh...: or, is accounted mad} {it displeased...: Heb. it was evil in his eyes}
