The blind have eyes..

( 411 ) Isa 40:26 Lift up your eyes "`ayin" on high , and behold who hath created these things, that bringeth out their host by number : he calleth them all by names by the greatness of his might , for that he is strong in power ; not one faileth .

Sometimes the blind have eyes that see better than normal people. The perception of our world often depends upon our processing in the mind, rather than how good our transponders really are. Many blind people play basketball than normal sighted people do.
