| ( 41 ) Ro 6:12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body , that ye should obey it in the lusts "chamad" thereof .
.. obey it in the desire .. Watch out for the abuse of power from your body. Our bodies are full of chemicals we eat, drink, breathe in, or injected with.
These chemicals can cause a chemical desire that wars with the moral powers of
our mind. Many doctors and medical people make the mistake of treating
disease with disease management in mind, rather than seeking a true cure.
We desire the hit from say chocolate. The first three seconds satisfy our desire. But the next bite is simply the chemical overpowering us with lust. Now the desire leads us to sinning and controls our mortal bodies. Have you experienced the boring taste of chocolate after eating the first bite? This is why we desire for a stronger and better hit than the previous one...For our desires are never satisfied..
You cannot expect healthy use of power, if chemicals desire your power.
