If Abraham was a Lord of his own household, the other brothers who were with him in other families are considered as Masters...
This is an interesting clue to how a Master's Religion might be structured?
(2) Ge 20:3 � But God came to Abimelech in a dream by night , and said to him, Behold, thou art but a dead man , for the woman which thou hast taken ; for she is a mans (baal) wife (baal) .
Thou art but a dead man , for the woman which thou hast taken ; for she is a Master's (baal) Master (baal)
What a strange way to address the wife and husband...Hebrew is always full of surprises.
(3) Ge 37:19 And they said one to another , Behold, this dreamer (baal) cometh .
Behold, this Master (baal) of dreams cometh ....
Since in Modern English spelling "Baal" can be spelled "Boy", one can imagine the brothers saying Behold the master of dreaming cometh!
The KJV condenses two Hebrew words "master" and "dreamer" into one context to suit themselves "dreamer"...The Hebrew does not say it this way...
Hebrew is more about verbs of action, than nouns of description.
(4) Ge 49:23 The archers (baal) have sorely grieved him , and shot at him, and hated him :
The Master's (baal) have sorely grieved...
Sounds like youthful hot headed Masters lose their cool !
(5) Ex 21:3 If he came in by himself , he shall go out by himself : if he were married (baal) , then his wife shall go out with him.
... if he were a Master (baal) , then his woman shall go out with him..
Why Hebrew has terms for "Master" and "Lord" for different kinds of ruling...makes Hebrew see things more carefully than those of us who just get married...
(6) Ex 21:22 � If men strive , and hurt a woman with child , so that her fruit depart from her, and yet no mischief follow : he shall be surely punished , according as the womans husband (baal) will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine.
... according as the womans Master (baal) will lay up...
Not sure if there is a Hebrew word for husband? But the woman is his Master.
(7) Ex 21:28 If an ox gore a man or a woman , that they die : then the ox shall be surely stoned , and his flesh shall not be eaten ; but the owner (baal) of the ox shall be quit .
...but the Master (baal) of the ox ...
Hebrew words are broad applications of meanings, while English would use "owner of the ox"
(8) Ex 21:29 But if the ox were wont to push with his horn in time past , and it hath been testified to his owner (baal) , and he hath not kept him in, but that he hath killed a man or a woman ; the ox shall be stoned , and his owner (baal) also shall be put to death .
... to his Master (baal) ,..
The Master had responsibilities to properly retrain his domestic animals..
(9) Ex 21:34 The owner (baal) of the pit shall make it good , and give money unto the owner (baal) of them; and the dead beast shall be his.

(10) Ex 21:36 Or if it be known that the ox hath used to push in time past , and his owner (baal) hath not kept him in; he shall surely pay ox for ox ; and the dead shall be his own.
