"shamar" means to guard, or look after, or keep, all similar meanings. So if our eyes are watching to make our hands busy helping people and looking out for people, that's humility. � Pride is walking strong over people and controlling them. is humility.
Humility in ancient Hebrew means, "watching eye" "over the people" with
"active hands". This essentially is a brothers keeper, and was mentioned
once by Cain towards his brother Abel.
