Satan does not have truth, because truth comes only from a heavenly Being inside the Family of GOD...
The Devil can only speak from powers inside himself...thus He becomes the source of all things dysfunctional.

Those not listening to the Holy Spirit expressing truth, cannot understand the things of GOD

Jesus spoke truth because He was a witness to truth, and allowed His Father's words to flow through the Holy Spirit into the mouth of Jesus...

Jesus is the pathway of salvation...Jesus is the words of truth...carried by the Holy Spirit...

Even the Spirit of truth (emeth) ..
The verse clearly states the Holy Spirit is a symbol of truth...

The Comforter is a symbol of the Holy Spirit, who carries the the Father's words or the Son's words of salvation, as the Spirit of Truth to those who will receive...

The Holy Spirit here in Hebrew is ruwach, a feminine noun, makes the pronouns here also feminine...as shown by the Syriac New Testament Scriptures..

Through the Holy Spirit, we feel the truth of salvation that makes us free..
