How many decisions the Church makes without Jesus consultation ? Without His leading by the Holy Spirit?

Ho 8:12 I have written to him the great things of my law, but they were counted as a strange thing.

And Jesus sends more and more messages of salvation, his love letters with more and more messages, even moden inspired prophets for His people, yet they count these messages as a strange thing..

Ho 9:7 � The days of visitation are come, the days of recompence are come; Israel shall know it: the prophet is a fool, the spiritual man is mad,

The prophet is considered a fool, the spiritual man is mad, so corrupt and lost are those Christians married to Jesus, living in whoredom, never listening to Jesus, or His messages or drinking in His power wanting to flow through their life.

While our Christian churches dry up in Jesus, we have no fruits of the Holy Spirit in Jesus, yet we bring forth our human legalism as if God will accept this self-powered fruit?

Ho 9:17 My God will cast them away, because they did not hearken unto him:

God casts us away because we are not willing to listen to Him...

Ho 10:1 � Israel is an empty vine, he bringeth forth fruit unto himself:

Self empowered works...Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Jas 2:18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.
19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?
Works of Jesus flowing in me, are true works of His love.

Ho 10:12 Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.

Some steps to removing pride, so we can be more willing to listen to Jesus...
Break up our fallow ground...
Jer 23:29 Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?

Ho 10:13 Ye have plowed wickedness, ye have reaped iniquity; ye have eaten the fruit of lies: because thou didst trust in thy way, in the multitude of thy mighty men.

Instead we grow in pride, reap guilt, eat the fruit of lies and trust in our own humanism, the might of Science...that boasts of solving all our problems.

Ho 11:8 � How shall I give thee up, Ephraim?

Jesus does not give up on His own, even a Church people steeped in whoredom.

Ho 11:12 Ephraim compasseth me about with lies, and the house of Israel with deceit:

We pretend to be doing good, loving Jesus and praying in His Name...but we are two faced, our love is skin deep, not from the heart...religion is pious but without power...
2Ti 3:2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

Ho 12:8 And Ephraim said, Yet I am become rich, I have found me out substance: in all my labours they shall find none iniquity in me that were sin.

Ho 13:2 And now they sin more and more, and have made them molten images of their silver, and idols according to their own understanding, all of it the work of the craftsmen: they say of them, Let the men that sacrifice kiss the calves.

In some Churches we kiss the feet of prophets, thinking they can help us..Jesus' cheap grace is used to supplement our continual sinning...

Ho 13:4 Yet I am the LORD thy God from the land of Egypt, and thou shalt know no god but me: for there is no saviour beside me.

We do not acknowledge the first commandment of the Father's Ten Commandments, I AM your Saviour. Have no Saviour but me (Jesus).
Ac 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Ho 13:6 According to their pasture, so were they filled; they were filled, and their heart was exalted; therefore have they forgotten me.

When we come to Jesus, we are happy, but when we are happy, our hearts when filled become exalted in pride and we forget Jesus. This is called the curse of blessings from Jesus. Indeed fruit can be a curse if the fruit remains remains on the vine. If you leave fruit on a tree, the tree stops making more fruit, and begins to die...but if the fruit is removed and eaten by others, the vine continues to make more fruit and thus is more fruitful. As we receive, we are to give, for he who refreshes others refreshes himself.
Lu 6:38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again

Now that we have a little understanding of the Book of Salvation from Hosea or Jesus, we can begin to see how the Steps to Jesus relate in the last chapter of this book. God bless this gospel message of salvation, throughout the world. Shalom
