This passage is profound and difficult. Paul is talking about Jesus born as Adam was, in flesh condemned, but born of the Holy Spirit from birth under the Nazarene process, Jesus was not born sinning. But Jesus' flesh, like ours was condemned by years of DNA degradation, became changed slowly by the Holy Spirit along with a quicken character with ongoing life, the kind of ongoing life that is called immortality.

Why does the letters of the killeth? Because if you are found sinning, you cannot save yourself. The torah law says the wages of sin-offering is death. The only system of salvation for sinners, is the torah spoken by Jesus to Adam, and later written down by Moses. This salvation system has a solution for those sinning. You have to confess your sinning, package you sinning unto your sin-offering, and present your sin-offering to your Saviour who is the only sin-bearer capable of dieing in your place for your sinning, but also living after death, because Jesus was the only human who never did sinning of His own, thus with love for you He gladly lays down His life for your sinning. This act creates in you moral attitudes of gratitude, and you accept the Holy Spirit powers of Jesus in you, that overcomes all sinning, and you live as Jesus lived, in complete victory over fallen flesh, your character is completed by the power of the Holy Spirit flowing in you.

Now the Yahweh-Jesus is that spirit-character (administrated by the Holy Spirit) : and where the spirit-character (administrated by the Holy Spirit)of the Yahweh-Jesus is, there is liberty.
Since all members of the Godhead are united in love, such character in the Godhead is in harmony. When Family comes to work in a Home, the head of the Home is the Dad, the glue of the Home is the Mum. If Dad is absent, the Mum conducts the home affairs in the same way Dad would, if fact the children see no difference if Mum is Home or Dad is Home, the love is the same and the system works the same. When the Father provides power for the Holy Spirit, or when Jesus does provide power to the Holy Spirit; the Holy Spirit is able to use the power for believers unto salvation, as if the Father or the Son or both were present.
(580) 2Co 3:18 But we all , with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord , are changed into the same image from glory to glory , even as by the Spirit (ruwach) of the Lord .
