| (521) Ro 8:5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh ; but they that are after the Spirit (ruwach) the things of the Spirit (ruwach) .

(522) Ro 8:6 For to be carnally minded is death ; but to be spiritually (ruwach) minded is life and peace .

Our character development must be administrated by the Holy Spirit, who received power from GOD
(523) Ro 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh , but in the Spirit (ruwach) , if so be that the Spirit (ruwach) of God dwell in you . Now if any man have not the Spirit (ruwach) of Christ , he is none of his .
But ye are not in the flesh , but in the Spirit (administrated by the Holy Spirit) , if so be
Ye be not in the flesh...is a direct statement, that you not doing your character development using human power...you are instead using divine power available now to you freely..
(524) Ro 8:10 And if Christ be in you , the body is dead because of sin ; but the Spirit (ruwach) is life because of righteousness .
..if Christ be in you , the body is dead because of sin-offering ; but the Spirit-character (administrated by the Holy Spirit) is life
The sin-offering says the flesh must die for sinning, so human who do sinning have a problem is remaining alive, hence salvation is not possible if when you do sinning, you present a sin-offering for your sinning...you only solution is to allow a Sin-bearer whose flesh died for your sinning, to atone for you, while whose character was sinless, He is able to save Himself because He needed no sin-offering for Himself.
.. Mt 27:42 He saved others; himself he cannot save.
..This is profound. Jesus could not save others and save Himself simultaneously. In order to save others with sin-offerings, the flesh of Jesus had to die the second death. In order to save Himself, the character development had to remain sinless. Jesus was the only human ever to achieve this from conception.
(525) Ro 8:11 But if the Spirit (ruwach) of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you , he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit (ruwach) that dwelleth in you .
But if the Spirit-character (administrated by the Holy Spirit) of (the Father) that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you..
Notice all three Beings work in the development of salvation through Jesus, while the Lamb, the precious only and only son of the Family of GOD gives us their precious gift..profound love..
(526) Ro 8:13 For if ye live after the flesh , ye shall die : but if ye through the Spirit (ruwach) do mortify the deeds of the body , ye shall live .

(527) Ro 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit (ruwach) of God , they are the sons of God .
For as many as are led by the Spirit-character (administrated by the Holy Spirit) of God ,
(528) Ro 8:15 For ye have not received the spirit (ruwach) of bondage again to fear ; but ye have received the Spirit (ruwach) of adoption , whereby we cry , Abba , Father .
For ye have not received the Spirit-character (administrated by the Holy Spirit) of bondage
Our character development is not that of slavery and restriction, but truly freedom...God does not want us to die early, get cancer or stress out, but to be happy healthy and truly alive with power from GOD...such remarkable bodies are alive obeying His torah rules completely so the flow of power from GOD can flow through the soul of living energy.
(529) Ro 8:16 The Spirit (ruwach) itself beareth witness with our spirit (ruwach) , that we are the children of God :
The Spirit-character (administrated by the Holy Spirit) itself beareth witness with our Spirit-character (administrated by the Holy Spirit) that we are children of the FAMILY Powers of GOD
Notice the character of GOD administrated by the Holy Spirit bears witness to our own character development administrated by the Holy Spirit of GOD that we are indeed children of GOD because our character development is a simile of GOD's own character. We have taken seeds from Jesus, grown and made fruits of character from those seeds, and become the characters we have chosen to sow.
(530) Ro 8:23 And not only they, but ourselves also , which have the firstfruits of the Spirit (ruwach) , even we ourselves groan within ourselves , waiting for the adoption , to wit, the redemption of our body .
.. only they, but ourselves also , which have the first-fruits of the Spirit-character (administrated by the Holy Spirit), even we ourselves groan within..
Our bodies groan for a better body able to contain the fullest expanse of God's power flowing through us, but for now our bodies have suffered condemnation and genetic changes since Adam, and as such we suffer growing pains as the Holy Spirit powers from GOD shine within our old frame. We hope for development of a new body to match our renewal of character development, but our body is changed only slowly through creative means, and is not completed until we are translated at the Second Coming of Jesus. Some such as Enoch and Moses were translated with new bodies a little earlier, as first-fruits of a pattern for others to follow, and to give us hope that GOD will restore all things in His Name.
