(21) Ex 35:31 And he hath filled him with the spirit (ruwach) of God , in wisdom , in understanding , and in knowledge , and in all manner of workmanship ;
And he hath filled him with the "character wind- administrated by the Holy Spirit" of God , ...
Notice this clever worker Bezaleel, is empowered more by the Holy Spirit, who is receiving power from the Family of GOD, not from itself.
(22) Nu 5:14 And the spirit (ruwach) of jealousy come upon him, and he be jealous of his wife , and she be defiled : or if the spirit (ruwach) of jealousy come upon him, and he be jealous of his wife , and she be not defiled :
And the "character wind- administrated by the Holy Spirit" of jealous
In this case the person chooses to be influenced by Satanic agencies, and thus the dysfunction fruit of that choice is sustained by the Holy Spirit.
(23) Nu 5:30 Or when the spirit (ruwach) of jealousy cometh upon him , and he be jealous over his wife , and shall set the woman before the LORD , and the priest shall execute upon her all this law .
Or when the "character wind- administrated by the Holy Spirit" of jealousy cometh...
Again the person chooses and the Holy Spirit sustains that choice, even empowering the jealousy within the person.
Does this mean because the Holy Spirit is empowering the evil that the Holy Spirit is evil, or at least the cause of evil ? By no means...No !
If I invent the gun, does that make the gun evil because I invented it? If God made hands for the body does this make GOD the cause of evil because my hands choose to shoot a person with a gun? And if I do murderous actions with my gun, does that make the gun murderous? No at all? The gun is just a metal machine, surely the cause of evil must rest on the free will that chooses to use the machine for evil rather than for good.
Just because the Holy Spirit is a medium for GOD sustaining life in you, it is not the medium's fault should you decide to choose evil, even though the medium continues to sustain your choice.
Joh 3:8 The Holy Spirit Wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Holy Spirit.
Jesus is calling the Holy Spirit as a simile of wind. Wind is a wave energy flow, that moves in the medium called air. You cannot see the wind but you can feel the affects of the wind in the medium because it changes the flow and velocity of the air. The energy known as wind does not come from the air medium itself but from energies outside of itself. Thus the movement of energy inside the medium is what we term and feel this as wind.
Thus without the medium, we would not observe wind. Thus without the Holy Spirit as a medium, we not observe the affects of GOD. When Jesus spoke the Holy Spirit is a simile of wind, He made a complex statement saying that both the energy God brings to us as a wind, is made manifest only in the air medium. Thus the Holy Spirit in a simile way is able to reveal to us the power of God, channelling that power flow to us through the presence of the Holy Spirit.
(24) Nu 11:17 And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit (ruwach) which is upon thee, and will put it upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou bear it not thyself alone.
..and I will take of the Holy Spirit (wind of character) which is upon thee..
Notice even in Moses day the Holy Spirit was present as a salvation concept, though not fully empowered as Jesus had not been fully glorified after His death on the Cross.
(25) Nu 11:25 And the LORD came down in a cloud , and spake unto him, and took of the spirit (ruwach) that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders : and it came to pass, that, when the spirit (ruwach) rested upon them, they prophesied , and did not cease .
.. and took of the Holy Spirit (wind) that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders ...
Notice this is like a small Pentecost experience, in which 70 elders receive the gift of the Holy Spirit and speak prophesy.
(26) Nu 11:26 But there remained two of the men in the camp , the name of the one was Eldad , and the name of the other Medad : and the spirit (ruwach) rested upon them; and they were of them that were written , but went not out unto the tabernacle : and they prophesied in the camp .
.. one was Eldad , and the name of the other Medad : and the Holy Spirit (wind) rested upon them..
How blessed to receive the breath of salvation by receiving the Holy Spirit in the time of Moses...
(27) Nu 11:29 And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the LORD'S people were prophets , and that the LORD would put his spirit (ruwach) upon them!
..God that all the LORD'S people were prophets , and that the LORD would put his Holy Spirit (wind of character) upon them!
Notice the Old Testament shows that those in GOD are in theory all equipped to be prophets....
(28) Nu 11:31 And there went forth a wind (ruwach) from the LORD , and brought quails from the sea , and let them fall by the camp , as it were a day's journey on this side , and as it were a day's journey on the other side , round about the camp , and as it were two cubits high upon the face of the earth .
And there went forth a wind (of the Holy Spirit) from the LORD..
Notice this is not ordinary wind, but the wind of the Holy Spirit using power from Yahweh...the Holy Spirit is acting always as a medium.
(29) Nu 14:24 But my servant Caleb , because he had another spirit (ruwach) with him, and hath followed me fully , him will I bring into the land whereinto he went ; and his seed shall possess it.
But my servant Caleb , because he had another wind (character) (administrated by the Holy Spirit) with him,
Consistently for every Bible verse, the Hebrew word ruwach means "medium" as a simile of wind. This medium can mean the flow of character, the quantum flow of moral powers within the man, either from man or from GOD. Or this medium can flow naturally air as a media making what appears as ordinary wind under extraordinary circumstances.
(30) Nu 16:22 And they fell upon their faces , and said , O God , the God of the spirits (ruwach) of all flesh , shall one man sin , and wilt thou be wroth with all the congregation ?
2 And they fell upon their faces , and said , O God , the FAMILY POWERS of GOD (elohiym) of the Holy Spirit wind of all flesh
Notice the Elohiym makes the power flow through the medium, the Holy Spirit acts as a channel or medium for the breath of quantum life in all flesh..
