The concept of discipline by Hebrews was strict and pointing the fingers of instructions.

In context many friends...maleness-love is about making friendships with other people..

An aspect of maleness-love is "neighbourly-love". This means neighbours tend to show love more than family.

Pr 14:20 ¶ The poor is hated even of his own neighbour(rea): but the rich hath many friends (ahab).
Notice the difference between (ahab) malness-lovers and (rea) neighbourly friends.
(128) Pr 17:19 ¶ He loveth (ahab) transgression that loveth (ahab) strife : and he that exalteth his gate seeketh destruction .
He maleness-loveth transgression..
Maleness-love gone wrong "desires transgression"..

Notice the way a friend is a colleague, but maleness-lover is a closer friend, one who actually loves you more than just liking you. Notice the concept of maleness-love is not sexual advances as some extremes with same sex marriage lovers do...maleness-love is more about protecting, providing and nurturing others as a family community...rather than the animal propensities of unnatural sexual favours..
Those who insist same sex marriages have some reason for existence, need to study why GOD created mankind in His image, gender male and gender female. What was this purpose for ? What personalities traits of love does this convey ? We have yet to study femaleness-love, and here we will find the beauty of maleness-love and femaleness-love coming together as a united unit of oneness. ( the uniquely different expressions of love become a united flesh)
Ge 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
Much is missing in same sex marriages, as we will see with the study of love as maleness-love and femaleness-love coming together as gender male and gender female. If we mess with this God appointed function, we mess with the very fabric of love inside the family, and pictures of what GOD is like.
