wise people speak well

( 61 ) Pr 14:24 � The crown of the wise "chakam" is their riches : but the foolishness of fools is folly .

..The tongue of the wise useth knowledge aright .. The wise know how to speak... But the self powered "human-gods" ramble many words of foolishness. There is a wonderful saying when we speak to humans...

Ec 5:2 Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter any thing before God: for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few..

There a wise person learns to speak less. A fool learns to speak more. A wise person can summarize his thoughts in well chosen words. A fool can't and needs to ramble on and on.
