The process of being humble, is also the process of being afflicted...
Why this happens is because the porud hate the humble and despise
their poor like state, that they take advantage of them and walk over them.
The humble accept their lot of affliction when Jesus asks them to.
Thus poor people and afflicted have much in common with humble
people, and why many afflicted people seek GOD more than the rich.
( 48 ) Ps 34:21 Evil shall slay the wicked : and they that hate the righteous "tsaddiyq" shall be desolate . {desolate: or, guilty}
