( 146 ) Nu 24:16 He hath said , which heard the words of God , and knew the knowledge of the most High , which saw the vision of the Almighty , falling into a trance, but having his eyes "`ayin" open :

Notice the method by which a people sees a vision...
First the vision comes from the Most High, a Biblical
reference to the Father in heaven. Also notice the words
are the words of God, a single numerical member of GOD.
"Nu 24:16 He hath said "n@'um", which heard "shama`"
the words "'emer" of God "'el",
and knew "yada`" the knowledge "da`ath"
of the most High "'elyown",
which saw "chazah" the vision "machazeh"
of the Almighty "Shadday",
falling "naphal" into a trance,
but having his eyes "`ayin" open "galah":
Notice who makes the vision
is the Father's power administrated by the
Shadday, the name for the Holy Spirit.
( 147 ) Nu 25:6 � And, behold, one of the children of Israel came and brought unto his brethren a Midianitish woman in the sight "`ayin" of Moses , and in the sight "`ayin" of all the congregation of the children of Israel , who were weeping before the door of the tabernacle of the congregation .
.. .. a Midianitish woman in the eye ..sight of Moses and in the eye ..
( 148 ) Nu 27:14 For ye rebelled against my commandment in the desert of Zin , in the strife of the congregation , to sanctify me at the water before their eyes "`ayin": that is the water of Meribah in Kadesh in the wilderness of Zin .

( 149 ) Nu 27:19 And set him before Eleazar the priest , and before all the congregation ; and give him a charge in their sight "`ayin".

( 150 ) Nu 32:5 Wherefore, said they, if we have found grace in thy sight "`ayin", let this land be given unto thy servants for a possession , and bring us not over Jordan .
