| ( 151 ) Eze 46:1 � Thus saith the Lord GOD ; The gate of the inner court that looketh toward the east shall be shut the six working days ; but on the sabbath "shabbath" it shall be opened , and in the day of the new moon it shall be opened .

( 152 ) Eze 46:3 Likewise the people of the land shall worship at the door of this gate before the LORD in the sabbaths "shabbath" and in the new moons .

( 154 ) Eze 46:12 Now when the prince shall prepare a voluntary burnt offering or peace offerings voluntarily unto the LORD , one shall then open him the gate that looketh toward the east , and he shall prepare his burnt offering and his peace offerings , as he did on the sabbath "shabbath" day : then he shall go forth ; and after his going forth one shall shut the gate .

( 155 ) Ho 2:11 I will also cause all her mirth to cease , her feast days , her new moons , and her sabbaths "shabbath", and all her solemn feasts .

( 156 ) Am 8:5 Saying , When will the new moon be gone , that we may sell corn ? and the sabbath "shabbath", that we may set forth wheat , making the ephah small , and the shekel great , and falsifying the balances by deceit ?

( 157 ) Mt 12:1 � At that time Jesus went on the sabbath day "shabbath" through the corn ; and his disciples were an hungred , and began to pluck the ears of corn , and to eat .

( 158 ) Mt 12:2 But when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto him , Behold , thy disciples do that which is not lawful to do upon the sabbath day "shabbath".

Notice Jesus challenges the human rules on Sabbath Day teachings...
Apparently one could not work (picking corn) on Sabbath according to Jewish thinking! Apparently Jesus saw nothing wrong with picking corn and eating it if one was hungry on Sabbath.
( 159 ) Mt 12:5 Or have ye not read in the law , how that on the sabbath days "shabbath" the priests in the temple profane the sabbath "shabbath", and are blameless ?
.. .. law how that on the sabbath ( ceasing ) ..temple profane the ceasing ..
( 160 ) Mt 12:8 For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day "shabbath".
.. even of the sabbath day (ceasing day) ..
Notice Jesus is the LORD of the Sabbath Day.
