Knives devour the afflicted (or humbled)

Better a low spirit with the humble, than divide the spoil with the proud. This concept is taken in the NT...a reference to the Holy Spirit administrating your character with the gift of humility....

People devour the humble, abuse and afflict them.. Humility is see as a weakness on earth.. Proud people despise humble people.. Much paedophilia is caused by the proud person afflicting the humble who still retain their child like trust for adults.. Much rape of adults is caused by the proud person who love the sense of power and control over the humble person, afflicting them with sexual abuse.

How true is the Bible, the knives devour the humble..
