| (1) Ex 28:3 And thou shalt speak unto all that are wise hearted , whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom (chokmah) , that they may make Aaron's garments to consecrate him, that he may minister unto me in the priest's office .

The very first use of this Hebrew word tells you the Holy Spirit fills you with wisdom.
(2) Ex 31:3 And I have filled him with the spirit of God , in wisdom (chokmah) , and in understanding , and in knowledge , and in all manner of workmanship ,
..I have filled him with the spirit (ruwach - the Holy Spirit) of God (Elohiym - the Family of God), in wisdom (chokmah) ..
The Holy Spirit fills a human with wisdom, a power flow from Elohiym (the FAMILY of GOD)
(3) Ex 31:6 And I, behold, I have given with him Aholiab , the son of Ahisamach , of the tribe of Dan : and in the hearts of all that are wise hearted I have put wisdom (chokmah) , that they may make all that I have commanded thee;
.. I have put wisdom (chokmah) ..
It seems that wisdom is a power flow administrated by the Holy Spirit.
(4) Ex 35:26 And all the women whose heart stirred them up in wisdom (chokmah) spun goats ' hair.
.. all the women whose heart stirred them up in wisdom (chokmah) ..
Not only men receive wisdom, but so do women..
(5) Ex 35:31 And he hath filled him with the spirit of God , in wisdom (chokmah) , in understanding , and in knowledge , and in all manner of workmanship ;
.. he hath filled him with the spirit of God , in wisdom (chokmah) ..
The Holy Spirit of Elohiym (the Family of GOD) imparts wisdom...
(6) Ex 35:35 Them hath he filled with wisdom (chokmah) of heart , to work all manner of work , of the engraver , and of the cunning workman , and of the embroiderer , in blue , and in purple , in scarlet , and in fine linen , and of the weaver , even of them that do any work , and of those that devise cunning work .

wisdom of heart suggests wisdom of mind..
(7) Ex 36:1 � Then wrought Bezaleel and Aholiab , and every wise hearted man , in whom the LORD put wisdom (chokmah) and understanding to know how to work all manner of work for the service of the sanctuary , according to all that the LORD had commanded .
.. the LORD put wisdom (chokmah) ..
Here it states clearly YHWH puts wisdom into men, this may be similar to truth, a power flow via the agency of the Holy Spirit.
(8) Ex 36:2 And Moses called Bezaleel and Aholiab , and every wise hearted man , in whose heart the LORD had put wisdom (chokmah) , even every one whose heart stirred him up to come unto the work to do it:
.. in whose heart the LORD had put wisdom (chokmah)
YHWH imparts wisdom..
(9) De 4:6 Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom (chokmah) and your understanding in the sight of the nations , which shall hear all these statutes , and say , Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people .
.. for this is your wisdom (chokmah) ..
(10) De 34:9 � And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom (chokmah) ; for Moses had laid his hands upon him: and the children of Israel hearkened unto him, and did as the LORD commanded Moses .
.. Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom (chokmah) ..
Joshua is a type of Jesus, is full of wisdom and the Holy Spirit, who is a channel for wisdom.
