| God told Adam should they sin their first sin, they would die daily. Genesis 2:17 Paul speaks hard things in 1 Cor 15:31 and onwards in this chapter. Paul speaks of Jesus coming from heaven to replace the fallen man, who came from the earth. So in a world already fallen from sin, we are already daily dying, so why does GOD want us to daily die? The reference must be to the daily dying of "Self". All the propensities and bad things in our genes, that we do as bad habits of sin, must daily die. In a natural world, we can only use the DNA information we already have, and so we are already daily dying, sinning before GOD. What we need is brand new DNA information, as well as a mind that connects in relationship to GOD, so our sinning stops, and our propensities go away. 1Jo 3:6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him. When you connect to Jesus is marriage, there are good days and not so good days, since our mind is willing but our flesh is weak. 1Jo 5:17 All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death. (KJV) So stay connected to Jesus, surrender to Him, learn to walk with Jeus and listen to Jesus talk to you as a still small voice in our conscience. Want more? |
