The Holy Spirit administrates our character

(11) Ge 45:27 And they told him all the words of Joseph , which he had said unto them: and when he saw the wagons which Joseph had sent to carry him, the spirit (ruwach) of Jacob their father revived :

.. the Holy Spirit "wind of character" of Jacob their father revived ..

In case you don't understand this , the character (administrated by the Holy Spirit) of Jacob revived..

(12) Ex 6:9 And Moses spake so unto the children of Israel : but they hearkened not unto Moses for anguish of spirit (ruwach) , and for cruel bondage .

..: but they hearkened not unto Moses for anguish of character (administrated by the Holy Spirit) , ..

The Holy Spirit adminstrates the flow of GOD's power into your soul, the sum affect of this flow of power causing your moral character, or "wind"..

in this case the free will of souls choose a dysfunction flow of power from GOD, and thus under the influence of Satan, sustain their choice for dysfunctional "wind"..even though this " bad wind" is still sustained by the Holy Spirit.

(13) Ex 10:13 And Moses stretched forth his rod over the land of Egypt , and the LORD brought an east wind (ruwach) upon the land all that day , and all that night ; and when it was morning , the east wind (ruwach) brought the locusts .

.. and the LORD brought an east (qadiym) wind (ruwach) upon the land....

An interesting context here. This verse shows proof the "ruwach" is no ordinary wind, but the "qadiym" is ordinary wind: an Eastward wind. Why does the Hebrew record both Eastward wind WITH the Holy Spirit wind? Perhaps because this is a miracle east wind, made to come not normally under natural processes, but the wind comes miraculously instead.

(14) Ex 10:19 And the LORD turned a mighty strong west wind (ruwach) , which took away the locusts , and cast them into the Red sea ; there remained not one locust in all the coasts of Egypt .

And the LORD turned a mighty strong west wind (ruwach) ,

Here the Hebrew uses other words apart from "ruwach" winds, to suggest extraordinary use was made of the Holy Spirit wind to make West winds flow, which naturally flow, but in this case flowed powerfully because GOD empowered the Holy Spirit wind to make it so.

(15) Ex 14:21 And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea ; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind (ruwach) all that night , and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided .

and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind (ruwach) all that night..

Here the Hebrew uses other words apart from "ruwach" winds, to suggest extraordinary use was made of the Holy Spirit wind to make East winds flow, which naturally flow, but in this case flowed powerfully because GOD empowered the Holy Spirit wind to make it so..

(16) Ex 15:8 And with the blast (ruwach) of thy nostrils the waters were gathered together , the floods stood upright as an heap , and the depths were congealed in the heart of the sea .

And with the blast of Holy Spirit wind of thy nostrils..

Very poetry pictured scene, isn't it?

(17) Ex 15:10 Thou didst blow with thy wind (ruwach) , the sea covered them: they sank as lead in the mighty waters .

Thou didst blow with thy Holy Spirit wind , the sea covered them..

(18) Ex 28:3 And thou shalt speak unto all that are wise hearted , whom I have filled with the spirit (ruwach) of wisdom , that they may make Aaron's garments to consecrate him, that he may minister unto me in the priest's office .

.. whom I have filled with the Holy Spirit wind (character) of wisdom ..

(19) Ex 31:3 And I have filled him with the spirit (ruwach) of God , in wisdom , and in understanding , and in knowledge , and in all manner of workmanship ,

And I have filled him with the Holy Spirit wind (character) of God ,

(20) Ex 35:21 And they came , every one whose heart stirred him up , and every one whom his spirit (ruwach) made willing , and they brought the LORD'S offering to the work of the tabernacle of the congregation , and for all his service , and for the holy garments .

and every one whom his Holy Spirit wind (character) made willing..
