(12) Jos 17:15 And Joshua answered them, If thou be a great people , then get thee up to the wood country, and cut down (bara) for thyself there in the land of the Perizzites and of the giants , if mount Ephraim be too narrow for thee.

This is a strange context for "bara" to go into the forest and "cut down" or "engineer" seige weapons from the tree trunks for battle against the enemy.
(13) Jos 17:18 But the mountain shall be thine; for it is a wood , and thou shalt cut it down (bara) : and the outgoings of it shall be thine: for thou shalt drive out the Canaanites , though they have iron chariots , and though they be strong .
But the mountain shall be thine; for it is a wood , and thou shalt engineer:
Go into the forest and "engineer" seige weapons from the tree trunks...to drive out the Canaanites..
(14) 1Sa 2:29 Wherefore kick ye at my sacrifice and at mine offering , which I have commanded in my habitation ; and honourest thy sons above me, to make yourselves fat (bara) with the chiefest of all the offerings of Israel my people ?
to make yourselves engineered with the chiefest of all the offerings..
This is another strange context for "bara"..the priests were engineering the best fat offerings for themselves and giving the LORD a poorer sample ...the context is to make "bara" "to fatten"...
(15) Ps 51:10 Create (bara) in me a clean heart , O God ; and renew a right spirit within me.
Engineer in me a clean heart...
This is another strange context for "bara"..the idea in this verse is to engineer a miracle (but literal) change in character thinking in your heart otherwise full of evil....This change is done by the Holy Spirit with your will's permission, not so fast as to destroy your character describing you, but not so slow as to allow your propensities to overwhelm you in further sinning. If you continue to strive with the Holy Spirit you will end all known wilful sinning and begin a renewed life of God's power flowing through you...
(16) Ps 89:12 The north and the south thou hast created (bara) them: Tabor and Hermon shall rejoice in thy name .
The north and the south thou hast engineered them:
(17) Ps 89:47 Remember how short my time is: wherefore hast thou made (bara) all men in vain ?
Remember how short my age "cheled" is: wherefore hast thou engineered all men
The meaning of "cheled" is "age", the passing of time...God engineers our life and our death and our living, is the control of His hands...while we ourselves are the direct architect of when these things happens, following the adage "ye reap what we sow"...
And if ye shorten your living by doing dysfunction, you cannot blame God for your life being cut short, despite GOD engineering your ongoing life until it reaches it last straw of living, and you expire in sleep (death).
(18) Ps 102:18 This shall be written for the generation to come : and the people which shall be created (bara) shall praise the LORD .
and the people which shall be engineered shall praise the LORD.
(19) Ps 104:30 Thou sendest forth thy spirit , they are created (bara) : and thou renewest the face of the earth .

This is speaking of creation and of death (the opposite of creation) and how GOD engineers living thong from thing not living...how GOD controls the living and keep them from non-living (death)...The quantum force in the breath of life is the Hebrew word "ruwach" which also is the "wind", the special wind of man (his character) the Holy Spirit of GOD (the character of GOD administrated by the Holy Spirit) and the Holy Spiirt (who acts as a medium for GOD's power and mankind's power to freely run their courses.
(20) Ps 148:5 Let them praise the name of the LORD : for he commanded , and they were created (bara) .
... for he commanded , and they were engineered...
