How does the second birth work while simply saved?

Q:7 How does the second birth work?

Mt 27:50 Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost.

51 And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;

Ron Wyatt, a sincere Christian archeologist listened to GOD telling him where to dig one day in Jerusalem, and he dug up where Jesus was crucified, found the cut out hole in the rock where the cross would have been, and a crack leading downward in the bedrock. Later he dug into the walls of a cave and found where Jeremiah had hidden the actual ark of covenant inside a stone box. The LORD GOD made sure the Romans cut the hole in the right place, so the earthquake allowed Jesus' literal blood to soak down the crack into the broken lid of the box, onto the mercy seat of the actual ark of the covenant. This is an amazing testimony and a true preserving of history.

Joh 3:4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

23 And if any mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life.

So how does a man enter the womb a second time to be born? Jesus was referring to the womb of the Holy Spirit.

Ps 22:8 He trusted on the LORD that he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him.

9 But thou art he that took me out of the womb: thou didst make me hope when I was upon my mother's breasts.

10 I was cast upon thee from the womb: thou art my God from my mother's belly.

David is praying prophecy here and speaking of the Father delivering His Son Jesus. The next verse says Jesus came out of the womb and spent time upon His mother's breasts. Some might say this refers to Mary, the mother of Jesus. Perhaps. But verse 10 is correctly translated by the King James Version, and says Jesus was cast from the womb, thou art my God from my mother's belly. Does this mean Jesus was with His Father from Mary's womb? Or is it referring to the incarnation of Jesus when He was with His Father from the Holy Spirit's womb? When Jesus said to Nicodemus, you have to be born again, He wasn't referring to a second natural birth, but a creative spiritual birth, that is done literally by the Holy Spirit. Here is the only place that speaks of the second birth process.

Ps 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.

11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.

12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. (KJV)

From the compassion-centre of the Holy Spirit the second birth process is a creative process.

Ro 8:11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

12 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.

13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

This passage tells us the second birth is about the Holy Spirit living personally in us, creating in us daily the character or spirit of Jesus, to the glory of our Father in heaven. Thus the Holy Spirit bears witness with the Holy Spirit creating in us characters like Jesus that we are the children of GOD.

If we become sons and daughters of GOD, this means GOD is a simile of Family as well:-

Eph 3:10 To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,

Eph 3:14 For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,

15 Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,

16 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;

This is the only Scripture that describes GOD as FAMILY. Notice the terms are broken down to Father, Lord Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. So in the Divine Family is our heavenly Provider, our heavenly Responder and our heavenly Saviour, the Son of GOD.

Desire the second birth, in prayer say:

Our Father, create in me a clean heart, and renew a right spirit within me. Amen

You have just sown a prayer promise in your mind. This is an important prayer promise we need daily.

Next, what does God dwells in me mean?
