flint rock Father

(1) Ex 17:6 Behold, I will stand before thee there upon the rock (tsuwr) in Horeb ; and thou shalt smite the rock (tsuwr) , and there shall come water out of it, that the people may drink . And Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel .

Behold, I will stand before thee there upon the "Father flint like" rock (tsuwr) in Horeb ;

The Father Rock and the Son Rock worked as a team, each making the functional water flow...Notice this Bible verse:-

Ps 78:15 He clave the rocks "tsuwr" in the wilderness, and gave them drink as out of the great depths. 16 He brought streams also out of the rock "cela", and caused waters to run down like rivers.

The depths of the Father like rock come from into the Son rock above and come forth as streams of water for Israel.

Notice this statement by Paul:

1Co 10:4 And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.

Notice TWO rock symbols followed Israel on the Exodus. Now some could say the rock, was spiritual rock, ie Jesus only spiritually followed them, he wasn't literally following them, but this makes a mockery of Hebrew people. They were literal concrete people, and every spiritual symbol in Scripture has a literal meaning of something elsewhere. Further studies

(2) Ex 33:21 And the LORD said , Behold, there is a place by me, and thou shalt stand upon a rock (tsuwr) :

The LORD "YAHWEH" said , Behold, there is a place by me, and thou shalt stand upon a rock (tsuwr),"simile of the Father" :

(3) Ex 33:22 And it shall come to pass, while my glory passeth by , that I will put thee in a clift of the rock (tsuwr) , and will cover thee with my hand while I pass by :

..while my glory passeth by , that I will put thee in a clift of the "Father" rock (tsuwr) , and will cover thee with my hand..

Notice the Son and the Father show themselves before Moses at His request.

Joh 14:9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?

Notice they work in a united harmonious manner, as one. What these verses are suggesting is Jesus speaking as Yahweh, places Moses near the Father tsuwr rock (a symbol of the Father) and speak of His Father's character before Moses.

(4) Nu 23:9 For from the top of the rocks (tsuwr) I see him, and from the hills I behold him: lo, the people shall dwell alone , and shall not be reckoned among the nations .

For from the top of the rocks (tsuwr) (a simile of the Father) I see him,

(5) De 8:15 Who led thee through that great and terrible wilderness , wherein were fiery serpents , and scorpions , and drought , where there was no water ; who brought thee forth water out of the rock (tsuwr) of flint ;

..where there was no water ; who brought thee forth water out of the rock (tsuwr) of flint ( a simile of the Father);

(6) De 32:4 He is the Rock (tsuwr) , his work is perfect : for all his ways are judgment : a God of truth and without iniquity , just and right is he.

(He is the Rock (tsuwr) (a simile of the Father) , his work is complete, His ways are judgement..

(7) De 32:13 He made him ride on the high places of the earth , that he might eat the increase of the fields ; and he made him to suck honey out of the rock , and oil out of the flinty rock (tsuwr) ;

he made him to suck honey out of the rock , and oil out of the flinty rock (tsuwr) (a simile of the Father) ;

(8) De 32:15 But Jeshurun waxed fat , and kicked : thou art waxen fat , thou art grown thick , thou art covered with fatness; then he forsook God which made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock (tsuwr) of his salvation .

..he forsook God "eloah" which made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock (tsuwr) of his salvation

Notice this verse links the "eloah" a functional descriptor of the Father, with the "Father flint like rock"

(9) De 32:18 Of the Rock (tsuwr) that begat thee thou art unmindful , and hast forgotten God that formed thee.

Of the Rock (tsuwr)(a simile of the Father) that begat thee..

The people are fogetting it was the Father than formed them, the Strong Authority they have forgotten.

(10) De 32:30 How should one chase a thousand , and two put ten thousand to flight , except their Rock (tsuwr) had sold them , and the LORD had shut them up ?

...except their Rock (tsuwr) (a simile of the Father) had sold them..

Notice the Father truely cares for His people, but they reject and forget HIm.
