Notice the Holy Spirit takes our prayers and makes intercession for us to Jesus who takes our prayers again and present them to the Father. This process is necessary for several reasons. The Holy Spirit lives in darkness and a groaning body wanting completed renewal so is a Comforter as grass-roots where you struggle living in the world. Your prayers to the Holy Spirit and through the Holy Spirit are noted and received. Some people say we do not or should not pray to the Holy Spirit.
Job 21:15 What is the Almighty "Shadday", that we should serve "him-her"? and what profit should we have, if we pray "paga" unto "him-her"?
Not sure of the pronoun "him-her" as I cannot read Hebrew suffixes in grammatical contexts, but since imagine the Shadday is feminine-case, the pronoun should read "her"? In any case, the Hebrew word "pray" is here, and we have in Job, the statement one can pray to the Shadday, who in duality is also the Holy Spirit. See studies of duality.
Jesus is a human high priest in the temple in heaven and cannot be living in other living temples on earth at the same time, thus the need for another Comforter, the Shadday who can live in as many living temples as people choose salvation, through the Medium of the Holy Spirit. When you pray the Holy Spirit, captured your prayer and packages them again to Jesus, who presents them to the Father. This communication process allows the Holy to bridge the unholy-saved who desire to be wholly-saved.
(532) Ro 8:27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit (ruwach) , because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God .

If you choose not to allow God's character development to be sown in your heart, than ye reap what ye sow...the Holy Spirit allows you to live where-ever you want with power, more of God's power being more holy, or less of God's power and being less holy.
In really bad cases we can still be loved and developed by the Holy Spirit in some people who live developed by the Holy Spirit living in wickedness and wanting to live with less wickedness. This makes them seek GOD as much as the person higher in grace development seeks GOD. In some respects the wicked person loves GOD more, because His sinning now forgiven, causes a greater love response.
(535) Ro 12:11 Not slothful in business ; fervent in spirit (ruwach) ; serving the Lord ;

Imagine the mighty powers of GOD flowing through you to His glory..you need only be humble, mournful of what powers you have lost and meek to receive the power flowing through you...how much it will change you...imagine GOD flowing through you every day..
(540) Ro 15:30 Now I beseech you , brethren , for the Lord Jesus Christ's sake , and for the love of the Spirit (ruwach) , that ye strive together with me in your prayers to God for me ;
