The Hebrew word ruwach means 'Medium'

(71) 1Ki 22:22 And the LORD said unto him, Wherewith? And he said , I will go forth , and I will be a lying spirit (ruwach) in the mouth of all his prophets . And he said , Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth , and do so.

.. and I will be a lying character wind ( administrated by the Holy Spirit) in the mouth..

(72) 1Ki 22:23 Now therefore, behold, the LORD hath put a lying spirit (ruwach) in the mouth of all these thy prophets , and the LORD hath spoken evil concerning thee.

Now therefore, behold, the LORD hath put a lying character wind ( administrated by the Holy Spirit) in the mouth

(73) 1Ki 22:24 But Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah went near , and smote Micaiah on the cheek , and said , Which way went the Spirit (ruwach) of the LORD from me to speak unto thee?

..Which way went the Holy Spirit (wind) of the LORD..

Notice how the King James makes "ruwach" into "Spirit" for Holy Spirit and "spirit" or "wind" for other contexts KJV consideres as something else. But this is being inconsistent...The Hebrew word "ruwach" has a single basic meaning for all contexts, however broad in meaning, and this meaning should remain consistently for all contexts. This is how any language word works. Sure some words in any language have multiple meanings, but it's uncommon.

Some might even say "ruwach" has three contexts for "wind" but there is one meaning for "ruwach" and this is "MEDIUM", the Medium has three common uses in the Bible,

(1) The medium flow of the quantum power as a wind -life force

(2) The medium flow of God's power empowering character from GOD into mankind

(3) The medium for mankind to sustain their own character development.

(74) 2Ki 2:9 And it came to pass, when they were gone over , that Elijah said unto Elisha , Ask what I shall do for thee, before I be taken away from thee. And Elisha said , I pray thee, let a double portion of thy spirit (ruwach) be upon me.

And Elisha said , I pray thee, let a double portion of thy the Holy Spirit (wind) be upon me

What a fantaskic thing to pray for and ask.... And this was granted even before Jesus was glorified in death after His Cross, showing salvation was always possible in all its depth for sinners of all ages.

(75) 2Ki 2:15 And when the sons of the prophets which were to view at Jericho saw him, they said , The spirit (ruwach) of Elijah doth rest on Elisha . And they came to meet him, and bowed themselves to the ground before him.

the prophets which were to view at Jericho saw him, they said , The the Holy Spirit (wind) of Elijah

Notice the character is also referenced here..

(76) 2Ki 2:16 And they said unto him, Behold now, there be with thy servants fifty strong men ; let them go , we pray thee, and seek thy master : lest peradventure the Spirit (ruwach) of the LORD hath taken him up , and cast him upon some mountain , or into some valley . And he said , Ye shall not send .

.. lest peradventure the the Holy Spirit (wind) of the LORD

(77) 2Ki 3:17 For thus saith the LORD , Ye shall not see wind (ruwach) , neither shall ye see rain ; yet that valley shall be filled with water , that ye may drink , both ye, and your cattle , and your beasts .

.. Ye shall not see the Holy Spirit (wind), neither see ye rain..

(78) 2Ki 19:7 Behold, I will send a blast (ruwach) upon him, and he shall hear a rumour , and shall return to his own land ; and I will cause him to fall by the sword in his own land .

Behold, I will send a the Holy Spirit (wind) upon him,

No need for KJV to change the "ruwach" to "blast"?

(79) 1Ch 5:26 And the God of Israel stirred up the spirit (ruwach) of Pul king of Assyria , and the spirit (ruwach) of Tilgathpilneser king of Assyria , and he carried them away , even the Reubenites , and the Gadites , and the half tribe of Manasseh , and brought them unto Halah , and Habor , and Hara , and to the river Gozan , unto this day .

And the God of Israel stirred up the character-wind (administrated by the Holy Spirit) of Pul king of Assyria

(80) 1Ch 9:24 In four quarters (ruwach) were the porters , toward the east , west , north , and south .

In four winds ( administrated by the Holy Spirit ) were the porters

Notice the global impact of GOD's present is over the entire earth...
