THIRD STEP TO JESUS Q4: Is there a process for our mouths to speak? Power is the flow of good things from Jesus to you the receiver through faith in His grace. To receive such a flow of good things in your life you need to pray. Prayer is from the mouth, you talk to Jesus. What words do we speak ? Jesus is the WORDS of life, so really we speak His words back to Him. Learn to enjoy studying His words as seen in step 2, and now speaking those words back to Jesus in step 3. The relationship flows naturally. There is no division of steps. Such processes are as natural as talking like a friend to a friend. The words we speak have a process of love about them. Mt 6:9 � After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Talk first to Father GOD Hallowed be thy name. the source of all things.. Thy kingdom come. We long to see our Father Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Talk of what GOD has done Give us this day our daily bread. Talk of Jesus feeding you And forgive us our debts, Talk how His love is growing as we forgive our debtors. and your response in kind And lead us not into temptation, Talk about listening to Jesus but deliver us from evil: to develop strength against foes For thine is the kingdom, We live for Jesus for others ! and the power, and the glory, for ever. And His power flows through us Amen for Jesus' sake , not ours. Amen. Notice there are three phases of words we speak. Praise to our Father. Praise to Jesus' training in us and His power flowing through us. And praise to our witnessing and how others see Jesus through us.
