Notice the the children of Israel upon the heart of the High Priest !
The judgement of Urim and Thummim, were stones that talked to the Priest.
Not sure why the Holy Spirit did not to them directly as to us today ?
Perhaps Jesus was not yet glorifed on the Cross ?
Perhaps they were too stiff necked to hear ?
